The big news is the continuing live tour by Orbital based on the fantastic reception last year to their return to the live circuit and many memorable Festival appearances.

The boys have so far announced in the UK appearances at the Isle of Wight where they headline the second stage. Headline appearances at Guilfest and the Glade Festivals. GONG
The famously eclectic band - who last year celebrated their 40th year of formation with a tour by the original line up members of Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Steve Hillage and Miquette Giraudy as well as a forward looking album called " 2032" . This was so successful and well received that from late May 2010 they will be back in Europe for June and July playing more live shows. SILENT DISCO
Silent Disco continue to play to their strengths with their superior digital technology and their irresistable party spirit. The have just completed the Big Day Out in Australia and move onto the Future Music Festivals down there. As well as regular fixtures at the cream of UK festivals at Glastonbury, T in the Park and so on they will tour widely this summer. Plus returning to USA and Japan where they will play at Summer Sonic in August.
ALABAMA 3
Alabama 3 release a new album at the end of April 2010 and tour in the UK in early May to support this. Then they will make themselves available to the Festival circuit where their powerful live set is much appreciated. As well there will be occasional live shows from the acoustic offshoot Alabama 3 acoustic and unplugged.
SYSTEM 7
They are working towards a new album which will be released in 2011. In between writing and producer duties as well as commitments to GONG, System 7 will be available for selective shows in Europe and further afield during 2010.
WARREN SUICIDE - THE WAR IS OVER
Warren Suicide began their career reflecting their home city of Berlin and their vision of disharmony in the world. The world they occupied and knew was one of dark and conflict where Chérie's disturbing animations to their bleak music showed Warren's life on an assembly line killing and cutting up pigs. Conflicts resolved, peace broke out - Cherie and Nackt rose to the challenge of peace, taking control of their destiny. Peace being declared helped Warren Suicide to make new friends and allegiances with other artists across different fields of art - this explains the wide range of Artists in their new music-multimedia-art-project.
The GöteborgStringTheory features a wide range of artists.
Songs were chosen by the collaborators and were re-arranged by the composers Nackt, Ben Lauber (from Transporterraum) and Nils Tegen for a Swedish string ensemble based in Berlin. Together with the participating artists the new arrangements were recorded and documented during a five day workshop in June 2009 in Gothenburg. Collaborators include : Midaircondo, Wildbirds & Peacedrums, Pacific!, Studio, Jaqee, Jaw Lesson aka Hajen, Silverbullit, El Perro Del Mar, José González, Fox Machine, Ebbot Lundberg (The Soundtrack of Our Lives) and Jmy Haze.
They will perform the GöteborgStringTheory album at Gothenburg`s Konserthus on the 17th of April 2010, and even more artists will join this exceptional evening and premiere their songs with new arrangements: rising Swedish star Anna von Hausswolff, Daniel Gilbert who has recently released his highly acclaimed solo album and noise avante gardists The Skull Defekts featuring hardcore legend Daniel Higgs from Baltimore.
Meanwhile at Warren Suicide's studio in Berlin, Chez Chérie they celebrate its first German #1 - album, Tocotronic and the releases of Fehlfarben, Turbostaat, Dendemann (with Nackt on guitar), all recorded and produced by Moses Schneider at the Chez Chérie.
The debut album of artist Hans Unstern , produced by Nackt, will be released April 16th.
To explore new music and re-evaluate idealism and art, Warren Suicide co-founded an association called Chez Chérie E.V. ,which is focusing on social development and supporting newcomers and friends , by sharing the Chez Chérie know how, business network and studio facilities. The Chez Chérie E.V. now is planning The Austria String Theory for premiere in September 2010 in Salzburg/Austria and aiming for a NewYorkStringTheory in 2012/13.
Warren themselves continue recording their 3rd album including featured performances from members of T.Raumschmiere, Einstürzende Neubauten and Pitchtuner, which will be released on Shitkatapalt records.
No doubt it will reflect the peace and harmony with which it is being written and recorded.
